Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Experience building data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data processing.
• Experience in developing APIs and integrating NLP or LLM models into software applications.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for AI/ML deployment and data processing.
• Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions to boost automation and decisioning.
• Design, deploy, and manage prompt-based LLM models for NLP tasks in finance.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for prompt engineering on LLMs with cloud.
• Deliver secure, production-ready code and robust algorithms.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts ensuring constraints are met.
• Create visualizations and reports from large datasets for continuous improvement.
• Identify hidden data patterns to improve coding hygiene and architecture.
• Contribute in an agile team to deliver scalable, trusted tech products.
