Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Java developer to contribute to a global bank data platform. You will own key components through the full SDLC in an Agile environment, collaborating with QA, DevOps, and business analysts across time zones.

Requirements include 6+ years of Java experience, Spring Boot, SQL on Oracle, Kubernetes, REST, Kafka, Redis, and strong problem-solving. You will optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of reference data services.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Java development experience.
• 7+ years IT experience total.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver development projects within schedule, quality and scope.
• Participate in all stages of SDLC within an agile Scrum environment.
• Form partnerships with technology vendors and gain deep understanding of products.
• Enhance/Re-architect existing components to satisfy new requirements in terms of performance and scalability.
• Provide level 3 (escalation) support for the application.
