Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Sr. Java Lead (Insurance Domain / FTE) to join the team in Bala Cynwd, Pennsylvania (US-PA), United States (US).

The role centers on leading Java/J2EE development, production support, and on-site delivery management for an Insurance environment. You will coordinate onsite/offshore teams, implement agile practices, and guide incident resolution, enhancements, and releases while maintaining system stability, security and SLA adherence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Experience with Camel, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
• Proven ability to lead L2/L3 support and onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMS for an Insurance environment and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide technical, operational, and delivery leadership across production support.
• Mentor team members and coordinate incident resolution and releases.
• Collaborate with onsite/offshore delivery teams and clients.
