Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Sr. Java J2EE Tech Lead for a Property & Casualty Insurance domain at Bala Cynwyd, PA. This role leads applications management services, guides production support and releases, and ensures service levels.

The ideal candidate has extensive Java/J2EE experience, strong leadership in Agile onsite/offshore, and familiarity with AI-assisted tooling to boost development productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Java/J2EE with Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, microservices and REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMS for the Property & Casualty Insurance environment, providing technical, operational and delivery leadership across production support, maintenance, defects, releases and continuous improvement.
• Serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Oversee day-to-day L2/L3 support, prioritize work, coordinate incident/problem resolution, and mentor team members for high-quality delivery.
• Perform technical and code reviews, drive enhancements and releases, and ensure application stability, availability, performance and security within SLAs.
• Demonstrate experience leading technical teams in Agile and onsite-offshore delivery environments, with AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity and quality.
