Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. in Bala Cynwyd, PA, United States, seeks a Sr. Java Lead (Insurance Domain) to oversee onsite delivery and lead the AMS program for an Insurance environment.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE expertise and experience guiding cross-functional teams. You will own technical leadership across production support, improvements, and releases, mentor engineers, ensure systems meet security, performance, and SLA targets, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile, onsite/offshore

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Java 8, Camel, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Microservices, Rest API.
• Insurance domain knowledge (P&C) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, operational, and delivery leadership across production support, maintenance, defects, releases, and continuous improvement.
• Serve as liaison between client stakeholders and onsite/offshore delivery teams.
• Lead day-to-day L2/L3 support, prioritize work, coordinate incidents and resolutions.
• Mentor team members and ensure high-quality delivery in Agile settings.
• The ideal candidate will lead technical teams in onsite/offshore delivery environments.
