Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Kotlin for enterprise applications.
• Proven ability to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of OOP, concurrency, APIs, and backend development best practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and performance optimization.
• Advanced PostgreSQL experience including data modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
• Ability to independently translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience owning the full software development lifecycle including deployment and production support.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade applications using Java and Kotlin.
• Translate business ideas into complete technical solutions and system designs.
• Define architecture decisions and contribute to overall system design.
• Develop and support distributed services, APIs, and microservices.
• Build scalable backend services with focus on performance and reliability.
• Create and optimize PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and indexing.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Monitor health via logging, alerts, and observability tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
