Eliassen Group is seeking a Sr. Java Full Stack Engineer to lead design and development of next‑gen electronic trading systems.

You will architect distributed, event‑driven platforms for low latency and high throughput, mentor engineers, and drive platform performance, scalability, and resilience. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong Java/Python/Linux skills, and experience with low latency messaging and time-series databases.

Formación

• 10+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• Expertise in Java, Python, and Linux.
• Deep experience with low latency messaging systems such as Kafka.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and develop distributed, event-driven trading systems with low latency.
• Design asynchronous processing frameworks and resilient messaging services.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver end-to-end trading workflows.
• Lead performance tuning and optimization across the platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices.
• Support production and non-production environments, including on-call rotation.
