Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on software design and development experience.
• Experience with capital markets or brokerage systems, especially order management.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop distributed, event-driven trading systems for low latency and high throughput.
• Design asynchronous processing frameworks and resilient messaging services.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver robust end-to-end trading workflows.
• Lead performance tuning and optimization across the platform.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
• Support production and non-production environments, including weekly on-call rotation.
