Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop and support cloud-native workforce management and contact center solutions. You will work with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, and AWS, deploying via Docker/Kubernetes.

Collaboration with product owners and architects is essential to deliver reliable, scalable software. Experience with Amazon Connect, telephony integrations, and CI/CD is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, REST API development, and Microservices.
• Frontend experience with React.js or Angular and JavaScript/TypeScript is required.
• Experience with AWS cloud services, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
• Build and deploy solutions on AWS leveraging Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway and S3.
• Develop high-performance REST APIs and backend services for workforce management and contact centers.
• Implement containerized apps with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD automation.
• Integrate systems with Amazon Connect and other enterprise platforms.
