Job summary

Miratech is hiring a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer for Workforce Management. You will design and build enterprise-scale solutions using Java/Spring Boot and React/TypeScript, supporting forecasting, scheduling, and real-time adherence in a contact center environment.

You will implement REST APIs, event-driven workflows, and data modeling in PostgreSQL, while containerizing services and driving cloud-native deployments. Remote-friendly with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-stack development with ownership of production apps.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and persistence.
• Frontend experience with TypeScript, React or Angular, modern testing.
• Experience with cloud, containers, CI/CD, and distributed systems.
• Ability to design scalable data models in PostgreSQL; excellent docs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement workforce planning, forecasting, and scheduling features in Java/Spring Boot.
• Build microservices for forecasting, staffing, and intraday management.
• Develop responsive React/TypeScript applications for planners and supervisors.
• Define OpenAPI contracts, consume REST services, and ensure versioning.
• Create event-driven workflows and integrate WFM with CX, HR, payroll systems.
• Model data in PostgreSQL with integrity, history, and performance in mind.
• Containerize services and contribute to cloud-native deployment and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance, concurrency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, UX, and customers to deliver solutions.
