Synechron is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale applications. You will build scalable backend services with Java/J2EE and frontend work with React JS, Redux, HTML and CSS, while applying DevOps, cloud technologies and Agile processes.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering, strong Spring experience, and a track record in modern web development within a global consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with Java/J2EE
• 4+ years with business process workflow software
• 8+ years with Spring Framework

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to moderately complex initiatives within technical domains
• Design, code, test, and deploy enterprise applications
• Review complex technical challenges and propose solutions
• Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers to resolve issues
• Mentor staff and lead projects to meet client needs
