The role requires 10+ years of hands-on experience, deep Java/Spring expertise, and proficiency with Oracle/NoSQL databases, Docker/Kubernetes, and Kafka/Solace.

• 10+ years of hands-on business solution analysis and technology delivery experience.
• Hands-on technology solutions leadership in a large organization.
• Experience delivering high-quality technology products/services in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience driving software delivery transformation with SAFe Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Business Solution Analyst unit for Trade Finance / Supply Chain Finance.
• Partner with Product, Operations and Engineering to define vision and strategy.
• Directly influence technical direction and IT project leadership decisions.
• Drive continuous delivery culture and modern development methods.
