Citi TTS is seeking a senior Business Solution Analyst leader to head a unit focused on building business systems for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance. You will partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering across the organization to shape vision, drive strategy, and deliver on programs with a strong emphasis on scalable, reliable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on business solution analysis and technology delivery experience.
• Deep expertise leading multiple product-centric engineering teams.
• Experience delivering high-quality technology products in a high-growth environment.
• Experience driving software delivery transformation via SAFe Agile, CD/CI.
• Knowledge of Domain Driven Design, BDD, TDD, DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Framework.
• Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Kafka/Solace and CQRS.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a Business Solution Analyst unit focused on building business systems.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams across Citi TTS to define vision, goals, and strategy.
• Drive technical direction and IT project leadership decisions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including planning, risk tracking, and client management.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate analyst teams.
• Establish metrics and track design quality, business value delivery, and user adoption.
• Influence senior leaders across functions and manage risk/compliance.
