Qualifications

10+ years of industry experience.
Strong front‑end and back‑end design expertise.
Experience with Java, .NET/C#, NodeJS.
Knowledge of the Repo trade lifecycle and collateral optimization.

Responsibilities

Partner with management teams to integrate functions and deploy new product enhancements.
Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of business processes and industry standards.
Provide expert guidance in applications programming and ensure architecture compliance.
Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
Coach mid-level developers and allocate work as necessary.
Assess risk and ensure regulatory compliance in line with Citi policies.
Lead a global development team and set technical direction.
Oversee collateral management, collateral optimization, and funding operations.
