Job summary

TechLink Resources, Inc is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale cloud-native Java services that power millions of users. You will own critical backend components and contribute to architecture decisions.

You'll work with Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS, delivering secure, resilient systems while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with product teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience building microservices in AWS environments.
• Strong database knowledge with MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience working with SQL, NoSQL databases, and event-driven architectures.
• Passion for writing clean, maintainable code and building scalable systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-performance Java microservices in a cloud environment.
• Develop scalable, secure, and resilient backend applications using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Deploy and support applications running in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Work closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software.
• Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help drive engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues across the full application stack and implement long-term solutions.
• Participate in Agile development and contribute to architecture and technical design discussions.
• Support AWS-based solutions and help improve system reliability and performance.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to support production systems.
