Qualifications

• Associate's degree and a minimum of 5 years' systems analysis and/or application development experience or Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' systems analysis and/or application development work experience (or a combination as described)
• Advanced proficiency in at least one relevant programming language
• Strong experience in Java development, system integration (REST/SOAP), and release/deployment engineering
• Salesforce/nCino platform development and release management experience is preferred
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab or similar) and code quality tools

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based integration services and platform components
• Lead technical delivery of cross-team and vendor integrations
• Analyze and critique requirements for completeness and feasibility
• Support cloud modernization and migration wave planning
• Serve as release engineer on rotation and manage change tasks
