Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on experience with the nCino platform in commercial lending environments.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and integration tools.
• Solid understanding of banking and lending processes and industry best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication with both technical & non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using nCino.
• Customize and maintain workflows, process automations, and integrations for commercial lending.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Create technical documentation and maintain best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for deployed applications.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
