Cognizant Technology Solutions Corporation is seeking an experienced Salesforce nCino Developer to design, develop, and implement banking and lending solutions on Salesforce and nCino platforms. The candidate will have strong Salesforce development skills and hands-on experience with nCino BOS, integrations, and banking processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development
• 2+ years nCino implementation and development
• Experience with Apex, LWC and Salesforce Flows
• Strong integration experience using REST and SOAP
• Knowledge of banking and lending processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Familiarity with DevOps and deployment tools (Git, Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Flosum)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce/nCino solutions
• Configure and customize nCino modules (Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, Loan Origination, Customer Engagement)
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows
• Build and support integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP)
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical work
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support
• Ensure Salesforce and nCino security and governance standards are followed
• Troubleshoot issues across Salesforce and nCino apps
• Support CI/CD deployment processes and release management
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
