Qualifications

• Approximately 6 years in Java Enterprise software development.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in Java memory tuning and data structures.
• Approx. 4 years in concurrent programming for real-time systems.
• Approx. 4 years with relational and NoSQL databases and performance optimization.
• Ability to code, test, review, and ensure security and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Software Development Life Cycle, define sprint goals and ensure operational stability.
• Lead product launches and collaborate with product managers, architects, and teams.
• Document architectural designs and create developer guides for knowledge transfer.
