Job summary

You will leverage Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, and AI-assisted tools to improve code quality, reliability, and delivery speed while upholding security and resiliency standards.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot, plus Kafka and MQ.
• Experience in large corporate environments with modern programming languages and DB querying languages.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools with evaluation of outputs for correctness, performance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to tackle complex problems.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms for reliable operation.
• Uses AI-assisted tooling to improve coding quality, delivery speed, and productivity with peer reviews and testing.

• Develops architecture and design artifacts for complex applications with proper constraints in code.
• Analyzes large data sets to visualize and report for continuous improvement.
