Job summary

DTCC is seeking a senior software engineer to join the DIRECT Delivery / Core Settlement team in a hybrid role in the Tampa area. You will contribute Java-based solutions using Spring, REST/JSON, and modern DevOps practices, collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience, strong Java/Spring expertise, Kubernetes/Docker deployment, and a focus on scalable, resilient systems interfacing with legacy platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, self-documenting code following standard methodologies and unit testing.
• Collaborate with Senior Application Architects and technical contributors during development.
• Resolve defects identified during System Integration and User Acceptance Testing.
• Deep understanding of Java platform and Spring Frameworks.
