DTCC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to modernize core platforms, delivering scalable, high-performance applications in a hybrid onsite/remote model from Tampa, FL or other DTCC US locations.

You will lead full-stack development using Java, Spring Boot, Angular/React, and AWS, focusing on cloud-native microservices, event-driven architectures, and robust, observable systems. This role emphasizes engineering excellence and technical mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-scale software applications.
• Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and delivering scalable technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and support of full-stack applications utilizing Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and AWS.
• Drive application architecture, technical design reviews, engineering standards, and software development best practices.
• Champion engineering excellence through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance across teams.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies and engineering practices that improve platform capabilities and developer productivity.
• Design and implement scalable microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
