Qualifications

• Clearance requirement: U.S. Government clearance; citizenship required.
• 9 years in Software Engineering with relevant degrees or 13 years with HS.
• Experience designing enterprise APIs and RESTful services.
• Proficient in Microservices and OOP; Agile lifecycle experience.
• Ability to learn quickly and mentor teams; hybrid work in San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based software capabilities and APIs.
• Integrate Next-Gen coding agents and AI workflows into daily work.
• Lead feature development, refactoring, and automated tests.
• Navigate multi-repo architectures and audit agent output for security.
• Balance hands-on work with mentorship in a fast-paced team.
