Qualifications

This role supports a global financial services organization building and enhancing enterprise-scale capital markets platforms. The team designs and operates front-to-back systems that process high-volume financial events across multiple asset classes, supporting trade execution, lifecycle management, and downstream operational workflows. Engineers work closely with product, operations, and platform teams to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and aligned with complex financial product behavior in regulated environments.

Requirements

Are you an experienced Java engineer ready to make an impact in capital markets?

• 10+ years of experience developing enterprise applications using Java
  
• Hands-on experience supporting front-to-back capital markets systems
  
• Experience working with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (e.g., NoSQL)
  
• Cloud architecture experience across AWS and Azure in scalable production environments
  
• Experience implementing and maintaining automation and test frameworks (unit, integration, regression)
  
• Background working in regulated financial services environments
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
