Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise Java development experience.
• Hands-on experience with front-to-back capital markets systems.
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL.
• Cloud architecture experience in AWS and Azure for production.
• Experience implementing automation and testing frameworks (unit, integration).
• Background in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java front-to-back applications for capital markets workflows.
• Build event-driven architectures that process trade, position, and lifecycle events at scale.
• Model financial products and their event lifecycles across asset classes.
• Develop services that publish and consume events used by risk, P&L, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to support transactional and analytical workloads.
• Contribute to cloud-native architectures deployed on AWS and Azure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure system reliability.
