Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior Java Developer in Charlotte, NC, onsite. The role requires design and development of enterprise-grade applications, with emphasis on collaboration and productivity tools and automated provisioning for financial services.

You will contribute across the full SDLC, implement scalable architectures, and mentor teams while delivering high-value, customer-facing features in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or information systems.
• Experience: 12+ years in financial or technology industry with full SDLC experience.
• Proficiency: Java/J2EE, Javascript, Node JS, Spring, J2EE design patterns, SQL, RESTful services; UC/Middleware, microservices, security, HA, distributed systems, multi‑threaded programming.

Responsibilities

• Define application objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features.
• Design and develop user interfaces for Real Time Communication applications and set priorities.
• Complete programming using specified languages and software products, including testing.
• Create automated provisioning applications for use within finance and banking sectors.
• Coordinate requirements, schedules, and activities for development projects.
• Troubleshoot development and production problems across environments and platforms.
• Support users with documentation and assistance tools.
• Enhance the company’s reputation by owning new requests and adding value.
