Job summary

Global Payments in Mexico City is seeking a software engineer to work across the SDLC, designing, coding, debugging, testing and implementing enterprise applications. You will analyze existing systems, propose improvements, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver reliable software solutions.

Qualifications include a BS in CS/IT/MIS, 4+ years coding experience, proficiency in multiple programming languages, APIs and databases, plus familiarity with PCI security practices.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS or related field; typically 4+ years coding experience.
Advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages and APIs; experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with PCI security standards and enterprise application environments.

Responsibilities

Develops basic to moderately complex code across front and back ends in multiple platforms.
Analyzes requirements, designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents software solutions.
Participates in client meetings and collaborates with teams to ensure compliance and quality.
Provides support for design, development and enforcement of standards and controls.
