Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of backend software development experience.
- Desirable: experience leading teams and architecting payment systems.
- Proven working experience in the FinTech/Payments industry.
Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop backend software solutions for high-volume payment processing.
- Lead the transition to a microservices-based architecture for payments.
- Develop secure RESTful APIs and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product, security, and infra teams to deliver scalable systems.
- Mentor junior developers and drive best practices across the team.
- Partner with DevOps to optimize CI/CD and production reliability.
