Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. seeks a Senior Java Backend Developer to join the core development team in Charlotte, NC. You will build and maintain microservice-based applications using Java and Spring Boot, and work on payment APIs for banking systems.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in core Java backend, Spring Boot, and CBPR+ experience; knowledge of PL-SQL and RAD tools is required. Relocation travel coverage may be provided for onsite commitments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of core Java backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with CBPR+ banking payments.
• Knowledge of PL-SQL and RAD tools.
• Familiarity with React JS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and update microservice-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design, develop, and maintain APIs for payment processing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
• Work on banking projects, especially domestic or international payments using CBPR+ standards (PAIN, PACS, CAMT).
• Utilize PL-SQL and RAD tools to enhance system functionalities.
