Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent with 5+ years of experience.
• Strong Java/Spring Boot design, development, and deployment skills.
• Experience with AI-native development tools and security/compliance practices.
• Cloud-native architectures and platform knowledge including Azure/Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, operate, and modernize Java/Spring Boot applications in data-intensive, mission-critical environments.
• Determine the technical approach for complex features, considering security, reliability, performance, and data integrity.
• Serve as the technical lead for assigned features, refine requirements, estimate work, coordinate implementation, and support deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify evolving requirements and move valuable work forward.
• Apply AI throughout the SDLC to accelerate delivery and improve quality.
