Qualifications

• 5 years experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g. Spring, Guava)
• Experience in designing enterprise APIs and RESTful web services
• Experience in Microservices architecture and OOP paradigms
• Experience with the agile software lifecycle
• Clearance to obtain TS/SCI; U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Must have strong working knowledge and experience developing Java-based software capabilities
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development
• Work in a fast-paced, small business environment with a talented team
• Experience integrating AI agents and automated testing workflows
• Ability to guide AI agents through complex architectures and audit code for security and performance
