Enlighten is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, and implement complex Java-based software capabilities for enterprise systems. You will work with a talented team to deliver high-quality solutions and collaborate across functions.

The role requires a Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance, 5+ years in modern Java, and experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and Linux environments. This hybrid position is based in Columbia, MD with in-person days as needed.

Qualifications

• Clearance Requirement: Active Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with Modern Java Frameworks (e.g., Spring, Guava).
• Experience designing enterprise APIs, RESTful services, and microservices architectures.
