Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AWS-backed Java development experience.

• Insurance industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high level system specifications, requirements and use cases.
• Convert information into low level specifications and design plans.
• Identify system dependencies and plan integration points.
• Document design decisions, estimates, code modules, and performance metrics.
• Define, conduct, and participate in testing (unit, integration).
• Lead or participate in development walkthroughs.
• Collaborate on system flow, data usage, and process automation.
• Ensure software meets standards for programming, design, performance, quality, and security.

• provide documentation for design decisions, estimating assumptions, code modules, and performance metrics
• define, conduct, and/or participate in testing (i.e. unit, system integration)
