Job summary

Capio Group is a California-based IT consulting firm seeking an experienced Solution/Cloud Architect. The role is a full-time, on-site position in Sacramento focused on modernizing a large legacy system for notaries public and Apostilles with a cloud-based platform.

You will lead design, development, integration, data migration, and security efforts, coordinating hybrid agile work across multiple teams and ensuring compliant, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years leading full lifecycle architecture for a qualifying software solution.
• Experience with cloud computing architecture and secure enterprise cloud storage.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering; AWS/Azure certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, integration and implementation tasks.
• Manage all Program Increment tasks and activities.
• Coordinate release content and API integrations with internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee data migration, security testing and documentation; manage risks and issues.
• Lead accessibility and security considerations following WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508 and ADA.
