Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a seasoned Java Developer with Windchill expertise for a 100% remote role in the U.S. You will implement Windchill customizations, API integrations, and platform enhancements.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Java development experience and strong Windchill knowledge, applying disciplined, performance-aware design and working with cross-functional partners to deliver maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Java development experience with Windchill customization.
• Strong Java OO design and performance-engineering skills.
• Hands-on experience with Windchill Java API and customization frameworks.
• Experience with JSP, HTML, and Windchill client-side customization.

Responsibilities

• Develop Windchill customizations and extensions using Java, APIs, and customization frameworks.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, operations and business teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, participate in design reviews and code reviews, and strive for upgrade-friendly, scalable solutions.
