Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Degree equivalency options: 4 years of job-related work experience.
• Degree equivalency options: 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate's degree.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, program, and implement the most complex application tasks.
• Devise feasible procedures to solve business problems using computer resources.
• Define scope and objectives through research to develop or modify complex systems.
• Provide technical direction and support for business systems software.
• Design, code, test, and debug the most complex application programs.
• Handle Java development and Oracle DB updates for the EMS application.
• Maintain and support the MRTS, IRR, and POETs applications.
