Job summary

Computer Enterprises, Inc. (CEI) seeks a Back Java Developer to join the Client's team in Columbia, SC. This long-term contract supports EMS, MRTS, and POETs with a focus on Java and Oracle DB updates.

The role operates on a hybrid schedule (onsite 3 days/week in Columbia, SC; remote 2 days/week). Local W-2 candidates only. Must thrive in a SCRUM environment and deliver high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java development and Oracle DB updates.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in SCRUM/agile environments.
• Ability to design, code, test and debug complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java applications and maintain EMS, MRTS, IRR and POETs.
• Analyze, design, plan and implement complex software tasks.
• Provide technical direction in development and support of business systems.
• Write, test, and debug complex application programs.
