Job summary

AiQualTest LLC is seeking a Senior Java Developer to join a client-driven team. You will build and maintain Java backend services (Java 8–21) integrated with Angular front-ends, implement RESTful APIs, and ensure performance and reliability.

Strong unit testing with JUnit and Playwright is required. The role emphasizes collaboration across business analysts, QA engineers, and DevOps, with a focus on scalable architectures, cloud familiarity, and modern tooling (Docker/Kubernetes).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with Java (8–21) and Spring Framework/Spring Boot.
• 5+ years with messaging queues and caching (Kafka/Redis).
• 5+ years working with Angular (21).
• 8+ years of relational database experience (Oracle).
• 5+ years using JUnit and Playwright for testing.
• 1+ year experience with AI prompts/skills/MCP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend applications (Java 8–21) with high performance and scalability.
• Develop and maintain Angular front-end interfaces focusing on responsiveness and accessibility (ADA/WCAG).
• Create and maintain RESTful APIs for frontend-backend integration.
• Implement unit tests and code coverage with JUnit; perform code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends in Java/Angular development.
