Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of commercial Java development experience.
• Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Strong SQL database knowledge.
• Solid experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with Angular frontend.
• Proven experience designing microservices and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development.
• Fluent Polish for team communication.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand claims reporting and management systems across microservices and monoliths.
• Design system architecture using modern technology solutions.
• Improve and optimize key business processes.
• Ensure code quality with automated testing pyramid.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews.
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies and collaborate daily with the team.
