We are seeking to fill in an open consultant Sr. Lead Developer position fora teleworking/remote position.

Sr. Lead Developer is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of complex software components that support disposition workflows within the org.‘s ecosystem. This role combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with strong leadership capabilities to guide development teams, ensure high-quality code delivery, and drive design and architectural decisions. The Sr. Lead Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing an end‑to‑end solution, collaborating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with internal enterprise standards and security practices and approved technologies. This position requires advanced proficiency in Java‑based technologies, database systems, microservices architecture, and modern SDLC methodologies, along with the ability to mentor team members and contribute to strategic planning and technical problem‑solving.

The candidate’s key responsibilities will be:

• -Lead the end‑to‑end design, development, and implementation of the project, ensuring solutions meet business and technical requirements.

Pay is$57.00 an hour and up (depending on experience).
