This role Sr Java Developer is responsible for providing technical leadership, direction, and oversight to development teams in the delivery of scalable, high-quality technology solutions. The individual will lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of complex enterprise applications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.

Key responsibilities include establishing technical architecture and design standards, guiding development teams through the software development lifecycle, reviewing code quality, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and organizational development policies. The role also requires close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Successful candidates will possess extensive experience delivering multiple large-scale software implementations, with deep expertise in Java and related technologies. They should demonstrate both technical depth and broad cross-functional knowledge across architecture, application development, integration, performance optimization, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices. Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
