Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading development teams.
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks, with a focus on Java technologies.
• In‑depth knowledge of software design patterns.
• Deep understanding of relational and document databases.
• Strong skills with Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Understanding of cloud computing platforms and services.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Proven experience guiding and mentoring junior and mid‑level developers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to contribute to project estimation and planning processes.
• Leadership skills to guide and mentor development teams.
