Job summary

Kforce Inc. is seeking a remote Senior Java Developer to join our client's team, focusing on enterprise applications and modernization efforts.

You will design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices while collaborating with product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Java experience, strong Spring Boot skills, GCP expertise, and familiarity with AI tooling such as Claude.

Kforce has a client seeking a remote Senior Java Developer to join their team. They are focused on developing and enhancing enterprise applications that support critical customer and business operations. This role will contribute to large-scale modernization initiatives, helping streamline user experiences across multiple business processes and platforms. Summary: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in backend development, cloud-native services, and modern software engineering practices. You will design, build, and maintain scalable APIs and microservices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
