JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Lead Software Engineer - Java/Microservices/AWS to join the Post Trade Technology Reporting team. You will own design end-to-end, build scalable applications, and lead technical initiatives in a secure, resilient environment.

Responsibilities include coding, testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and mentoring. You will collaborate with global teams to advance modernization while upholding strong security and quality standards.

Formación

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Hands-on coding in Java and related modern languages.
• Experience designing apps with Spring Boot and AWS.
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing, and secure coding practices.
• Experience leading AI-assisted development tooling responsibly.

Responsabilidades

• Develop code conforming to design, standards, and non-functional requirements.
• Create unit tests, perform testing, and support QA/UAT.
• Practice TDD, automated testing, and CI pipelines.
• Peer review code and promote high-quality deliverables.
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and secure validation.
• Mentor junior developers and share knowledge to grow the team.
• Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams and manage releases.
