Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering training or certification.
• Hands-on Java coding and Spring Boot experience.
• AWS Cloud technologies in production.
• Experience in large corporate environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, security, and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Develop code conforming to the design, addressing non-functional requirements, and following standards.
• Create detailed Unit Test cases, perform testing and support QA/UAT.
• Practice test-driven development, automated testing and CI.
• Mentor and review junior developers to strengthen team capabilities.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams and manage change/release processes.
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality and speed.
