Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Senior Java Software Developer to join our health tech initiative, delivering cloud-native, high-volume enterprise applications. You will design and implement resilient microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and modern APIs, while collaborating across teams to drive AI-enabled modernization and scalable data solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in Java/J2EE, deep cloud experience (AWS), and a track record in large distributed systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience focused on Java/J2EE enterprise applications.
• Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
• Proven cloud experience in AWS; multi-cloud experience a plus.
• Experience with AI/Generative AI solutions including LLMs and RAG is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud-native solutions and microservices architectures.
