Qualifications

• 7+ years of Java/backend development experience.
• 5+ years with Spring Boot.
• 5+ years developing REST APIs.
• 4+ years designing and developing microservices.
• 5+ years with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years in application modernization and legacy transformation.
• 3+ years providing production support for enterprise apps.
• 3+ years with API integration, design patterns, error handling, security.
• 2+ years with Git and CI/CD practices.
• 2+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 3+ years troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• 3+ years collaborating with architects, QA, DevOps, etc.
• 2+ years participating in code reviews and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and microservices for enterprise applications.
• Build reusable, secure backend services.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations.
• Participate in modernization, including legacy migration and transformation.
• Analyze and improve architecture, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide production support for critical applications.
• Monitor health, investigate incidents, drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, QA, DevOps, and frontend teams.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD, and Agile activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and support procedures.
• Support deployment, release activities, and post-production validation.
