Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Java Developer to build API integrations and relational database connections for our Enteral Nutrition ecosystem. You will design, code, test and document Java APIs, focusing on high performance, reliability and maintainability in a fast-paced team.

BS degree required; 40 hours weekly; salary range $92,700.00 - $185,400.00 with CVS Health bonus eligibility; comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Java 7/8 SE (5+ years).
• Experience with ORM frameworks such as JPA or Hibernate (5+ years).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks JUnit or Mockito (5+ years).
• Experience with Spring Boot (2+ years).
• Experience with Microservices development (2+ years).
• Experience with Maven/Gradle.

Responsibilities

• Supporting a custom in-house Java application used by technicians and staff to process patient referrals and documentation.
• Ensuring high performance on backend applications.
• Vulnerability tracking and remediation.
• Environment and software upgrades.
• Design, code, test and document Java APIs.
