Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Developer with AI expertise for a strategic engagement in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on building scalable enterprise Java applications, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and integrating AI features such as Generative AI and LLMs within a financial services context.

Ideal candidates will bring strong backend development experience, debugging, and performance tuning skills, plus familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and working in Agile teams.

Formación

• Proven Java backend development experience in enterprise apps.
• Strong Spring Boot, RESTful API design, and microservices knowledge.
• Experience integrating AI features (Generative AI, LLMs) into apps.
• Familiarity with RAG, AI Agents, LangChain or similar tools.
• Experience working in Agile environments and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Java applications.
• Build scalable microservices and REST APIs with Spring Boot.
• Integrate AI capabilities including Generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using RAG, AI Agents, and related frameworks.
