Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Engineering.
• 8+ years in software engineering, development, integration, and SDLC delivery.
• Hands-on coding focus with strong debugging and delivery track record.
• 8+ years Java backend development including Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• 3+ years in event-driven systems, messaging, or notification platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Camel or similar frameworks.
• 4+ years of AWS or similar cloud services experience.
• Proven AI/GenAI implementation in production environments.
• Knowledge of observability and analytics tools (Dynatrace, ELK, CloudWatch).
• Experience in agile CI/CD, automated testing, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience designing enterprise notification/messaging platforms.
• Preferred: Twilio or similar communication platforms.
• Preferred: AI observability, MLOps/LLMOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core services for enterprise Notifications platform.
• Develop API endpoints, event-driven integrations, orchestration, and templates.
• Write, debug, and optimize production-grade code hands-on.
• Build cloud-native backends using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS.
• Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities (LLM, embeddings, RAG) into workflows.
• Ensure high availability, scalability, observability, and security.
